Our private dining room is located on the second floor of the restaurant and directly overlooks historic Main Street. The décor of the room is consistent with the rest of Jimmy Madison’s juke joint feel with exposed brick and wooden beams that truly give us an atmosphere like no other. The room will hold up to 50 people for a cocktail style event or 40 people for a dining event. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator, so please keep this in mind if you have guests that are not be able to handle stairs.
Table Seating & Floor Plan
We offer 60’ round tables that will seat 6-8 guests per table. Our five-table layout will seat 30-40 guests and our four-table layout will seat 24-32. We do not have seating options for more than 8 guests per table, this helps ensure a smooth dinner service for all guests as well as adequate space for staff members to effectively assist all guests.
Luncheons / Business Meetings
We can accommodate up to 40 people for full table service or buffet style events. Any function with more than 20 guests must have a select menu. You may choose a select variety of soups, salads and sandwiches or from select buffet items.
We can accommodate up to 50 people for a cocktail style event including space for a hors d’oeurve table. Jimmy Madison’s offers a wide variety of food options for these types of events. Cocktail style events are much easier to plan and can be more cost effective in certain situations.

Alcohol / Beverage Service
We offer a full bar for beer, wine and mixed drinks. Guests may or may not wish for alcohol to be included with their event. If you prefer your guests to be responsible for their own beverages, alcohol may be on separate guest checks. An 18% gratuity fee will be automatically added to each separate check.
Staffing your Event
To ensure that your event is properly staffed we use a formula of one server for every fifteen guests. Gratuity expense will be based on a minimum fee of $50 per server or 18% of the total bill whichever is greater. We must have a confirmed guest count for your event no later than ten days prior for staff scheduling and culinary planning.
All taxes will apply including local meals and sales taxes.
